Nearly every culture has demons, and their names carry the sound of the language that feared them. This random list deliberately pulls from many of them so you can find a name that fits your setting rather than defaulting to the same dozen Christian devils. The invented names at the end follow the phonetics that read as demonic in English fantasy: harsh consonant clusters, hyphenated lineages, and softer sibilant forms (Sszaryn, Vhorlissa) for female or serpentine demons.
