Sheikah Name Generator

The Sheikah are the shadow folk of the Legend of Zelda series, the red-eyed, white-haired clan sworn to protect the royal family of Hyrule. They live in Kakariko Village, built the Sheikah Slate, the Divine Beasts, the Guardians and the ancient shrines, and their defectors became the Yiga Clan. Their names follow a clear pattern: short, two-syllable, Japanese-flavored words that usually end in a vowel. Impa, Purah, Paya, Cado, Koko, Cottla, Lasli, Claree, Olkin, Steen, Mellie and Symin are all Kakariko residents in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom; Robbie, Jerrin and Granté run the lab in Akkala; Sheik is Zelda's Sheikah alias in Ocarina of Time.

The ancient Sheikah monks who guard the shrines use an older, two-part naming style with glottal apostrophes: Oman Au, Ja Baij, Keh Namut, Ta'loh Naeg, Maag No'rah, Dow Na'eh and the hidden monk Maz Koshia. The Yiga Clan keeps the same sounds but leans harsher, with leaders like Master Kohga and Sooga and anonymous footsoldiers and blademasters.
