About dystopian world names

The name of a dystopian world is usually the first lie the regime tells. Orwell's Oceania sounds vast and open for a state that is a sealed cage; Collins' Panem quotes Juvenal's bread and circuses; Atwood's Gilead borrows a biblical balm for a theocracy. Huxley's World State and Zamyatin's One State go the other way and name the thing plainly - total unity, nothing outside it.
