The best intranet names share a pattern: they are one or two plain words that describe what the space is for rather than what software it runs on. Pick something that sounds natural in a sentence ("it's on Compass", "post it to the Hub"), survives being said a thousand times in meetings, and leaves room to add news, documents and HR tools later without feeling wrong.
