Gachiakuta Name Generator

Gachiakuta names are short and scuffed, like everything else in Kei Urana's world of the Sphere and the Pit. Almost nobody in the cast has a Japanese name: the Cleaners of Team Akuta are Rudo, Enjin, Zanka and Riyo, the Raiders are Zodyl, Cthoni, Noerde, Fu and Bundus, and the Spherites are Regto and Chiwa. The pattern is one or two punchy syllables built from hard consonants and open vowels, often with a doubled letter or an unusual cluster (Tamsy, Guita, Eishia, Semiu). Surnames are rare and only surface for a few characters, so Rudo Surebrec, Jabber Wonger and Arkha Corvus stand out when they appear.

A second strand uses plain English words as names, which suits a setting where people are treated as garbage and objects carry souls: Bro, Dear, August, Alice and the Old Lady all live in Canvas Town alongside Follo and Tomme. Salvage and workshop words (Rivet, Tinder, Scrapper, Tallow) sit naturally beside the invented names, and a Giver whose name echoes their Vital Instrument is a neat bit of design.

This list mixes the canon cast with original mononyms, full names in the Surebrec and Wonger style, and a handful of object names, so you can name a tribesfolk kid thrown off the edge, a veteran Cleaner, a Raider lieutenant or a Spherite noble.
