Real dealer nicknames almost never come from the dealer. Mob-adjacent dealers get the Italian-American alliterative treatment (Vinnie Vials, Joey Baggs). Cartel lieutenants go by Spanish epithets with El or La (El Flaco, La Jefa, El Contador). Cooks and chemists earn clinical titles like The Pharmacist, Doctor Dosage or Lab Coat Lou, and comedy writers love the suburban plug who is also on the HOA board.
