Armored Core Name Generator

Armored Core names come in two layers: the pilot's callsign and the name of the AC they fly. Callsigns in FromSoftware's series are deliberately unglamorous or oddly specific. Rusty, Snail, Michigan, Chatty Stick, Invincible Rummy and Honest Brute all sound like nicknames handed out in a mercenary bar rather than titles a hero would choose. Legendary pilots earn something more mythic, like Nineball, Hustler One or White Glint, but even those are short and easy to say over a comms channel.

AC names take the opposite approach. They are usually two-word phrases with a melancholy, industrial or poetic edge: Steel Haze, Nightfall, Barren Flower, Guiding Light, Open Faith. Corporate machines and bosses lean toward classical or Greek roots (Balteus, Ekdromoi, Astghik), while independent mercenaries name their builds after weather, ruin, birds and salvage. Numbers and designation codes such as Loader 4 or C4-621 also fit, because Rubicon's world treats pilots as assets first and people second.

This generator mixes canonical names from across the series with original callsigns and AC names written in the same voice. Pick a callsign that says something about your pilot's reputation, then a machine name that describes how the build feels to fight against.
