Male Orc Name Generator

A male orc name should sound like it was shouted over a shield wall. Across settings they share the same bones: one or two syllables, hard stops and throat sounds (k, g, gh, kh, z, r), and almost no soft endings. D&D's Player's Handbook offers Dench, Feng, Gell, Henk, Holg, Imsh, Keth, Krusk, Mhurren, Ront, Shump and Thokk, and orcs there usually carry a tribe name or an earned epithet rather than a surname, as in Krusk Skullsplitter or Gorruk of the Bloody Fist.

The Elder Scrolls gives male Orsimer the patronymic prefix gro-, meaning son of, followed by a father's or clan name: Ghorbash gro-Dushnikh, Urag gro-Shub, Moth gro-Bagol. Warcraft orcs tend toward slightly longer names with a clan surname (Durotan, Orgrim Doomhammer, Varok Saurfang, Grommash Hellscream of the Warsong clan), while Tolkien's orcs are short and ugly by design: Azog, Bolg, Grishnakh, Shagrat, Gorbag, Ugluk. Warhammer orcs add a layer of menace with deed names like Grimgor Ironhide and Gorfang Rotgut.
