Chaos Dwarf names take the hard Khazalid bones of ordinary dwarf names and blacken them. The Dawi-Zharr of Zharr-Naggrund favour guttural clusters such as zh, kh, gh, dhr and thr, doubled r and k, and endings in -ak, -uk, -oth, -ul and -gal: Zhatan, Drazhoath, Astragoth, Ghorth and Rykarth are the canon examples, and names like Kharzuk, Thrazgul or Bhorgath follow the same pattern. There is a Mesopotamian undertone too, fitting a people who build ziggurats and worship Hashut, the Father of Darkness, as a bull god, so names with a hissing Zh or a clipped Ba' or Shar' also sound right.
Bynames come from the forge, the furnace and the bull: Ironhand, Ashmantle, Slagbeard, Bullbrand, Cindertusk, Daemonbinder.
