LGBT Group Name Generator

LGBT group names draw on a shared vocabulary that the community has built over decades. Rainbow, Pride, Spectrum and Prism signal inclusion at a glance; Lavender and Violet nod to early queer history (the Violet Quill, lavender as a coded color); Out, Proud and Queer work as adjectives that turn any hobby into a community (Out Nurses Network, Proud Paddlers, Queer Birders Society). Campus groups tend toward formal labels like Alliance, Union, Coalition and Collective, while social clubs go for wordplay: Knot So Straight Sailing Club, Homo Sapiens Trivia Team, Tutti Frutti Softball League.

The best names say who the group is for and what it does without a paragraph of explanation. A support circle should sound safe and unhurried (Coming Out Support Circle, Silver Pride); a kickball league can be loud (Glitter Bombers); a professional network needs to look right on a conference badge (Rainbow Bar Association, Trans in Tech Alliance). Identity-specific groups, whether bi, ace, trans, nonbinary, Two-Spirit or intersex, usually put that word up front so members can find them.
